<h2>Tell us</h2>
<p>If something we have made has let you down, write to <a href="mailto:complaints@lightmorphic.com">complaints@lightmorphic.com</a>. Please tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and how you would like it put right.</p>

<h2>What happens next</h2>
<ul>
<li>We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five working days.</li>
<li>We aim to give a full answer within twenty working days. If it is going to take longer than that, we will tell you why and give you a date.</li>
<li>If we got something wrong, we will say so plainly and tell you what we have changed.</li>
</ul>
<h2>If you are still not satisfied</h2>
<p>Say so, and ask for the complaint to be looked at again. Lightmorphic is a small company, so this means it will be reconsidered directly rather than passed through a department.</p>
<p>If your complaint concerns personal data and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may take it to the Information Commissioner's Office at <a href="https://ico.org.uk">ico.org.uk</a>.</p>
<h2>Bugs are not complaints</h2>
<p>If the software is simply not working properly, the fastest route is not this page but <a href="/bugs">the issue tracker</a>, where it can be reproduced, tracked and fixed in the open.</p>
